2. I feel very comfortable with the clinic atmosphere. It is busy but it is still laid back, fun, and efficiently run.
3. My relationship with my CI is good. I feel comfortable with the level of supervision and I feel like I can ask her anything I need to.
4. Yes, my CI is helping me grow in both my skills and confidence as a clinician.
5. My biggest opportunity for improvement is to learn techniques I have not been exposed to in school (muscle energy, McKenzie, soft tissue mobilization). Also, my room for growth with prescribing therapeutic exercise that is functional, creative, and appropriate.
6. My CI is good and recognizing if I need supervision as well as allowing me to ask questions and discuss plan of care with her. She is also good about showing me new/rare diagnoses that I am not familiar with.
7. Gretchen has a large toolbox and has showed me muscle energy, McKenzie, trigger point soft tissue techniques, and cupping techniques.
8. I am currently around 8-10 patients per day.
9. I am somewhat comfortable with this caseload. Concentra is challenging because there can be same-days and HP's that happen at anytime. As I am nearing my graduation, I need to be able to handle this type of volume with grace. So, this is good practice for me.
