- Keaktifan & Unverifikasi -
Member yang baru saja bergabung diwajibkan untuk aktif selama 2 minggu pertama. Pada 2 minggu pertama tersebut, member baru tidak diizinkan mengambil SH/H, Swap/TS, dan bekerja. Kami sudah menegaskan bahwa HMC adalah agensi yang menuntut keaktifan dan sudah disepakati sejak anda hendak bergabung.
Wajib terhitung aktif satu minggu setelah SH/H baru bisa bekerja.
Keaktifan dilihat dari interaksi anda dengan member. Bukan hanya satu atau dua saja sekedar memenuhi 'kewajiban' saja.
Unverifikasi secara sepihak apabila :
- Tidak aktif 3 hari setelah verifikasi.
- Tidak aktif selama 7 hari berturut-turut tanpa keterangan.
- Tidak aktif melebihi masa tenggang SH/H/LH
- Tidak bekerja 3x berturut turut setelah bergabung (setelah terhitung 2 minggu bergabung) karena tercatat pada list member tidak aktif.
- Tidak bekerja 3x berturut turut karena keterangan tidak aktif.
- Tidak bekerja 2x berturut turut setelah SH/H karena keterangan tidak aktif.
- Tidak mengisi Form bulanan sebanyak 2x. Untuk OCRP, diperbolehkan menggunakan 2 FC dengan syarat tentukan 1 FC utama dan FC kedua sebagai cadangan apabila karakter pada FC pertama tidak memungkinkan saat bekerja. (Ex : Kesulitan mencari ava pada tema tertentu).
- Ketentuan OCRP -
Apabila OCRP menggunakan FC salah satu karakter Canon, dan karakter Canon tersebut ingin bergabung. Kami tidak menuntut anda untuk mengganti FC, tetapi anda harus membuat keterangan Appearance pada bio dengan sedikit perbedaan tampilan dengan karakter Canon-nya berupa deskripsi.
Saat bergabung bio minimal sudah berisi Profil karakter dan Personality. Background Story wajib ditambahkan selambat-lambatnya satu bulan setelah bergabung.
- Slot -
Total Slot Maksimal HostMaidClub sebanyak 50 Slot (25 Host, 25 Maid) Meliputi :
> 30 Slot untuk karakter Canon/AU (15 Slot Host & 15 Slot Maid)
> 20 Slot OCRP (10 Host & 10 Maid)
- Registrasi -
Registrasi hanya dibuka apabila jumlah masing masing slot kurang dari 18.
Sistem :
Menggunakan form dimana para pendaftar akan mengisi terlebih dahulu sampai slot penuh.
Setelah itu admin akan menyeleksi form tersebut untuk penerimaan member. Jadi, setiap registrasi slot yang terisi tidak selalu full.
