have you guys ever experienced sleep paralysis before? like the creepy feeling of not being able to move or do anything? well I'm going to tell you my experience of it. It all started last summer, it is my first encounter with it so I didn't know what to. I woke up not being able to move so I started to panic. I tried talking but I cant even open my mouth. I tried everything I could but I simply cant move. I think it lasted for like a good 20 seconds and then I was able to move again and prayed because I was so scared that time. I've had a lot of experience with sleep paralysis during summer, I think I've experienced it like 10 times and I think the main reason for this to happen is because everyday I always sleep late at night 3am to be exact. Out of all my encounters I've experienced, here's the worst of it all. I was laying on my bed checking my social media accounts while facing on the wall. And then suddenly, I started to feel something jumping on the other side of my bed near my feet and as soon as I was going to check it, something stopped my head and back from turning and after that I couldn't move. It's like someone's hand is holding me from the back. My face is still facing the wall and I can only move my eyes. I tried to shout for help but I couldn't even open my mouth and I started to lose my breathe little by little. It's like someone is blocking
