1. Total number of soldiers is capped at 1.0% of the total population if your army is professional and your country does not have conscription laws. The cap can be increased to 1.5% but quality of soldiers will drop. Women in the army needs approval from admins. Conscription laws can increase this limit to 2.5% of the population with starting basic conscription and to 5% of the population by starting normal conscription, total conscription’s linit is 25% of the population. Note that conscription will result in mass protests and drop of annual growth rate.
