As you are all aware it is a slow period right now! Typical this happens around tax season, and then it picks up after. When you go on a call its always a good idea to check to see if there are potential other jobs that we could do in the future, i.e., check the water heater, old pipes etc. If we do not sell then we do not bring in new business and therefore cannot operate efficiently where it benefits all of us. Repair where we can, but if we are repairing something that is years old then it usually ends up with a call back. We plan on having a meeting next week to discuss this further and to also talk about any suggestions, concerns that you might have.

We are a very small business and rely on our plumbers selling/service/repair, when they can. Also, unless we tell you otherwise we expect payment when the job is complete. If you give a contract price we require a down payment before the jobs begins. This covers our cost in the event there is a problem and the customer does not want to pay.
