There are some idioms like “two heads are better than one” and “union is strength”. These kind of idioms are valid for most of the things. Cooperative learning can be demonstrated as an example. People are divided into two groups: People who see cooperative learning is a beneficial style and people who don’t. That conflict can be clarified by putting advantages and disadvantages of cooperative learning underscope.

Prelusively, gaining early social experiences for the future business life can be given as an example for the advantages. Work life requires lots of interaction between colleagues and any kind of cooperative learning experience can provide this for you. Secondly, the atmosphere that created by cooperative learning conducive to optimal productivity for learners. Being in a such environment with the person that has a same purpose with you lead to making that atmosphere mire efficient for both participants. Lastly, receiving respond from a peer in return to your confusing question may be more useful for you compare to respond that comes from a teacher. Students can understand each other more than a teacher can. The mistakes that can be done by students easily may be hard to notice by a teacher because students think alike.

If we look at to that subject from a different perspective, we can state that there are some disadvantages too. First of all, in such ambiences that consist of sincere friends, convenient to chatting. The reason for that is they have lots of common points and interests to talk about. Secondly, the participants of a cooperative learning group may not be in the same level. That’s why conflicts may occur in a result of lack of patience among group members. Finally, all members may not participate equally. All the obligations may burden to one person by the rest of the group. It is not fair that putting all the weights one’s shoulder. Improvement is observed on only one person. Rest of them get nothing but unjust accomplishment.

In our humble opinion, people who participate in a cooperative learning group have an edge over people who don’t. According to our experiences of advantages of the cooperative learning outweigh its advantages.
