Flipkart 'Buyback Guarantee' will offer you a minimum assured value when exchanging their phones/ laptops bought on Flipkart. This policy will ensure that you get the best exchange value for their old products along with guaranteed future buyback price. The buyback price will always be higher than the regular exchange value.
How to redeem 'BuyBack Guarantee':
You can log in to their Flipkart account used while placing the order for the old phone
Select the new product they wish to purchase
Get the buyback value as an exchange discount on the new purchase
Important points to note (generic for mobiles and laptops):
The guaranteed buyback amount is available on products listed by selected sellers where the value of the product will be higher than the BuyBack discount and the new product should be available on Flipkart under exchange offer
The BuyBack amount is valid on products in working condition
The product should be in working condition with the screen intact
1-year Buyback Guarantee can choose to exchange the product even after the 'BuyBack' policy period expires. However, BuyBack price will not be applicable. The product can still be exchanged on Flipkart at the product exchange price available at that point
There will be a nominal pick up charges applicable during exchange
At the time of pick-up, the FE will perform the basic checks on the product and it should meet the conditions as mentioned in the below table
While purchasing 'Buyback Guarantee Policy' for mobiles/ laptops, if 'Out of Stock' message appears on the check-out page, it's due to PIN code serviceability. In such cases, request you to try with different PIN codes
