Bahan ( Untuk 4 buah gelas ) :
• Susu 400ml
• Gula 5 sm
• Gelas Kopi 4 buah
•Vanila Essence Sedikit
•Telur 3 Butir
- Caramel Sauce
* Gula 3 sm
* Air 1 sm
Cara Membuat :
1. Panaskan Susu dengan api kecil, masukkan Gula. Aduk merata. Begitu gula sudah larut , matikkan api. Ambil buihnya. Jaga jangan sampai mendidih
2. Pecahkan telur, aduk sampai rata
3. Masukkan adonnan 1 secara perlahan aduk rata. Jangan lupa masukkan Vanila Essence.
4. Saring dengan Saringan halus, dengan begini pudding akan jadi lebih halus dan lembut dilidah.
5. Caramel Sauce dibuat diatas panic kecil. Masukkan gula dan air, aduk cepat diatas api besar. Bila warnanya sudah Coklat Kekuningan dan mulai berasap, matikkan api dan masukkan kedalam 4 buah gelas.
6. Masukkan adonan 4 diatas Sauce Caramel.
7. Masukkan air dibawah panci pengukus. Jika air sudah mendidih, matikkan api dan masukkan gelas ke pengukus. Hati-hati jangan sampai terkena Luka Bakar. Kukus dengan api besar selama 2-3 menit. Kemudian kukus dengan api kecil selama 13-15 menit. Buka sedikit tutupnya untuk mengeluarkan sedikit panasnya. Kuncinya adalah menjaga suhu tetap rendah. Selipkan Kain di bawah tutup panic agar Uap airnya tidak menetes ke Puding
8. Tusuk dengan tusuk gigi dan jika adonan telurnya tidak keluar maka selesai sudah ! Bila sudah dingin, masukkan ke Kulkas
9. Hiaslah dengan Whipped Cream dan cherry diatasnya
