1. How would handle a angry customer?
- First off I would make sure that their problem is being heard and that something is being done to correct what has made them upset or angry. I know firsthand how frustrating it can be when someone isn't listing to your problem and make sure to avoid that.
2. Why do you want to work at target?
- Target is a company I always loved going too and admired. Everyone here is always friendly and ready to help when I need it. Not to mentions the deals deals and the amount of money I saved coming here.
3. What are your strengths and weaknesses
- I believe that on of my strengths is the ability to work well with others. I'm generally comfortable with anyone I encounter. I'm also prepared to work with others to overcome most obstacles. For example
4. Tell me a time you displayed leadership.
- When ever i'm assigned a group project in class, I like to take the lead. For example if we need to meet as a group I would go in and talk to everyone and figure out the best time for everyone to meet. If I need to I'll assign roles everyone is comfortable with, provide any kind help I can, and when everything is almost done i'll take a look at everything to ensure it is ready.
5. What does customer service mean to you?
- Customer service to me is doing what it takes to guest coming back to Target. Good customer service also means helping customers efficiently, in a friendly manner. It’s essential to be able to handle issues for customers and do your best to ensure they are satisfied.
