125 g. unsalted butter Put in blender butter & cream, add sugar, add egg yolk - one at a time, add quark mix, add sour cream, add whipping cream, add cornstarch, add lemon,
200 g. sugar vanilla sugar, add already beaten egg whites.

500 g. quark
200 g. sour cream
200 g. whipping cream (whipped)
5 white eggs stiff
