Charge the device
The device may be out of battery and is off.
Charge the device for 10-15 minutes and try powering it on by pressing the power button for 10 seconds.
Check for physical damage
Check for physical damage on the display.
Reboot the device
Rebooting your device gives it a fresh start and is sometimes all you need to fix your issue.
*Press and hold the Power button on your smartphone to Reboot the device (If reboot isnt available, turn Off and then turn On your smartphone).
If you want to know how long the device has been running, follow the steps below:
Open Settings
Scroll down and tap About Phone (If you don't find this, tap System and then look for About Phone)
Tap Status
Scroll down and check Up time (The time listed here is in hours. Anything above 168 hours needs to be rebooted.)
Count the Dead Pixel
The screen has dead or warped pixels, which show only one or limited colors; or they are completely black or offset.
Count the number of dead pixels and choose the appropriate response below.
Inform Acceptable According to Manufacturing Standards
Inform him/her that according to the manufacturing standards up-to 3 counts of dead/warped pixels are acceptable and a display with over 3 dead/warped pixels is considered defective.
This is due to the small size of these pixels, which are small and are barely visible.
