Pepper VOIP|Phone Intergration

InGenius – there good features and seems stable with good reviews but I need to contact them to see if telephony is a VOIP provider or their referring to a custom pbx solution

Phonedeck – Could Smartphone Intergration
cost : $9.90 per user each month OR $99 per user each year
there is no pbx|tapi|voip required it is all controlled and processed on there side of things!
There have loads of features,

my question is about the call log and reporting
can we disable them we don't wish to store a log of the calls made for personal and security reasons. and the fact that workers will be using there own personal cell phones i assume they wont want there call logs on the internet.
do you provide any features like call routing, voicemail, call waiting, recording so on!

there a good intergration and loads of features such as

create a contact
Downfall – is that Talkdesk requires you to use there interface but it will pull information from salesforce.
