All she ever wanted was a mansion and a husband.
She got these things, but her husband leaves her alone in a dirty house with no one but her two daughters and their new stepsister Cindy.
Cindy loves to tell stories.
She NEVER stops.
The stepmother gives her chore after chore to keep her busy and quiet.
Of course, it doesn't work.
Cindy won't stop talking! Not even telling at her will make her stop.
Things seem to turn around when an invitation to a royal ball comes.
The stepmother is more than happy to let her daughters go.
Cindy tries to ask to go too, but she loses her voice.
She is forced to stay home so she can heal.While at the ball, the prince dances with a girl that no one recognizes.
He falls in love with her, but she leaves without even telling him her name.
When she leaves only a shoe behind,
the prince tries the shoe on every girl in the kingdom.
The stepmother is disappointed again when the shoe doesn't fit her daughters.
Just before the prince leaves, Cindy tries on the shoe.
When she does, it fits!
She tells a crazy story about a pumpkin turning into a carriage and mice turning into horses.
Even then the prince still asks her to marry him.
Cindy agrees, and the stepmother is relieved to have her out of her hair.
She leaves with him and the stepmother and stepsisters live happily ever after.
