We'd like to let you know that if you cancel the order, the amount will be added back to your ‘Flipkart Pay Later’ monthly credit on the same working day if you haven’t paid already.
If paid already, the amount will be credited back to the payment mode used within the normal refund timelines for the respective payment mode.

We understand that you want to know when you will get the ‘Extra 10% off on the Festive pass’ for the purchases that you made.

We’d like to let you know that the seller will be unable to provide you any return. Also, according to seller’s Returns Policy for groceries, items you no longer want cannot be returned after they are delivered.

We would like to let you know that it will be a free doorstep service.
As per the Damage Protection Plan terms and conditions, Jeeves authorised service centre will pickup, repair and deliver your {phone within 7 days/laptop within 21 days}. In case you do not receive your {phone/laptop} within the mentioned time, the amount that you paid for the plan as well as any additional expenses will be refunded to you.
Also, we would like to let you know that the Extended Warranty plan will start once the manufacturer’s warranty ends. Manufacturer’s warranty starts on the date of invoice
The Damage Protection plan starts along with the manufacturer’s warranty and if the product that you have purchased along with the damage protection plan is damaged you can contact the service provider at Jeeves.co.in or call them on their toll free number 1800-425-5568.
