I've got some questions about the market in general that I've done a little research on, but want to get your take to see how it compares.
What's a reasonable entry point for someone wanting to buy a SFR & not have to worry too much about it? Not interested in investing in a Warzone, but I'm thinking C+ or b- neighborhoods. Most of what I've been looking at is in CA, and prices aren't even close.
What's your personal take on the direction of the KC real estate market as a whole? Heating up/Cooling Down?
Reasonable targets for Cap rate?
