I have…
• depression
• generalized anxiety disorder
• ADHD
• OCD
• PTSD
• bipolar disorder
...and other things that aren’t solely emotional or mental. I had to learn to talk to people from a very young age, having a helper come to my house to teach me how to function in school. I struggle with body dysmorphia, which goes hand in hand with my eating disorder. Please don’t try to have a conversation with me about my problems, because I can very easily shut down and reclude.

__Things to know and remember:__
• My birth name. I might mention it a few times in passing, as well as use she/her pronouns in reference to myself. This won't happen often, only when I'm feeling at my worst.
• My relationship with my parents isn't the greatest. If, when reading my journal entries, you start worrying about things my mom and dad say, this has become the norm. They've made it clear they don't like me.
