Forgetfulness Potion ini adalah ramuan yang membuat peminumnya melupakan sesuatu dalam jangka pendek.
Bahan-bahan:
1. Air sungai Lethe
2. Tangkai Valerian
3. Buah mistletoe
4. Bahan dasar yang sudah disiapkan.
Cara pembuatan:
1. Panaskan kualinya
2. Kalau sudah lumayan hangat, teteskan 2 tetes air sungai lethe ke kuali, lalu diamkan 20detik
3. Selanjutnya masukkan 2 tangkai valerian kedalam kuali, aduk 3 kali searah jarum jam
4. Kalau sudah, kalian ayunkan wand kalian diatas kuali dan diamkan selama 45-50menit

5. Masukan bahan dasar yg sudah saya siapkan tadi kedalam mortar, tambahkan 4 buah mistletoe dan tumbuk dengan alu sampai menjadi bubuk yang agak halus
6. Tambahkan dua cubitan tangan bubuk yang kita buat tadi kedalam kuali.
7. Aduk 5 kali berlawanan arah jarum jam, dan ayunkan lagi wand kalian diatas kuali. Diamkan selama 10 menit. Nanti ramuannya akan menjadi halus dan berwarna abu-abu
8. Kalau sudah berwarna abu-abu, matikan api lalu pindahkan ke dalam botol.
