First off, it seems to me not many HRs seem to consistently host Trainings. I notice majority of them are hosted by Relentless and Hasan.
If I could see Trainings hosted by a larger number of HRs, that would be helpful.
Also, the Trainings seem to be the same thing over and over again, faces and TDMs almost every time. We could better these by applying new game modes and Drills to further better our Tribe, instead of the same stuff every time.
