**** With immediate effect, we now require a product return on any refunds issued for 4+ bottles (previously this was 6+ bottles). To summarize the customers requests below:
· Replacement Request:
o 1-3 bottles - Offer refund first, Replace if CX irate
o 4+ bottles - Replace bottles in AX and (manually- task) issue return label
· Refund Request:
o 1 - 3 bottles - No return required, immediate refund can be issued.
o 4+ bottles - Return required for refund - Issue via Returns flow in Grapevine
This new threshold has been updated in Grapevine, so you will be prompted to send a return label for any returns of 4 or more bottles that they process in the returns flow. As usual, returns are not required for physically damaged bottles (broken, corked, etc).
