Notes

The normal days I was going to school walking with my friend Luke. We are best friends and we love doing things together. Our parents are really good friends so they let us go together to school. In the boring lessons, we text each other to meet in the toilets and we talk and weight there until the tiresome period is over. When we were walking home we decided to have a play date on the weekend. I was in charge of the game schedule and Luke was in charge of convincing our parents. We finally convinced our parents that we will not get up to any mischief. Then I told Luke that first on the schedule is hide and seek, Luke was seeking first I went into the abandoned barn, the kind of abandoned barn of which people make stories up about like, there used to a family living over there with their mental daddy. On one peaceful day, something happened and the dad killed his family and himself since then the spirits come back looking for new victims. Anyways I waited in a closet for a long time it got boring after an hour. I eventually fell asleep when I woke up it took me a while to realise where I was, I wanted to get up and run back to my house but, I knew that was not the right thing to do because I could hear footsteps... not a child's footsteps they were heavy stomps. I felt a pain in my chest as the steps stopped in front of the closet. There was a pause of silence then the steps continued on. I'll make a run for it I said to myself and so I did. As soon as I got to my house I saw my Mum and Dad standing there with police. Luke told me that I was gonna check the barn but then I saw someone in the window waving and indicating me to come up that was when I ran and told your mom. Later that night my dad and Lukes and decided that since we didn't get to play we could have a sleepover at my house. In the morning after breakfast, we play this game where I bury something and Luke had to find it eventually I forgot where I put it so I helped Luke find it. Now it was Luke turn to hide something and when I was digging I hit something hard I asked Luke to come over and help me take it out. It was gold, not just any gold though it was as bright as the Sun. My dad came over and saw the glistening gold he said we could sell this gold and we could not have to be relieved of all the yearly taxes and we could give your mother a surprise and so we did as we planned and gave many poor people homes to live in got a nicer house for ourselves and Lukes family. We never enjoyed such a joy in our life.
