Mantra ini digunakan untuk menyembunyikan tempat di dunia sihir dari Muggle. Sama seperti Fidelius namun mantra ini tidak serumit Fidelius.
• Pelafalan : ruh-PEL-oh MUH-guhl-tuhm.
• Gerakan: Mengangkat tangan.
• Warna: Tidak ada/kabut.
• Efek : Menciptakan pelindung transparan pada area yang cukup luas.
Lebih jelasnya mantra ini membuat muggle menjauh dengan cara membuat memorinya hilang sementara sehingga dibuat bingung apa yang ia lakukan di tempat itu. Efeknya hanya sementara saja.
Peristiwa yang pernah menggunakan mantra Repello Muggletum :
• Dahulu saat final pertandingan dunia Quidditch, diketahui kalau setiap inci dari stadionnya dirapalkan mantra ini agar setiap Muggle yang lewat pergi dan teringat akan janjinya.
• Dan salah satu peristiwa yang terkenal yaitu Hermionie saat bersembunyi di hutan, Harry potter dan Hermione Granger menggunakannya untuk melindungi perkemahan mereka pada 1997-1998. Lalu di habitat Satwa Gaib, Durmstrang dan Hogwarts yang memakai mantra ini.

• Kenapa Fidelius tak se-rumit / se-efektif Repello Muggletum? Karna Fidelius perlu orang untuk menjaganya. Namanya secret keeper.
• Tapi tidak semua janji yang mereka ingat itu nyata atau nyata semua? Iya, biasanya mereka mengingat pertemuan yang tidak nyata. Jadi efeknya seperti mengubah isi pikiran para Muggle.
