We'd like to let you know that below are the guidelines for a valid exchange offer:

- Check if ‘Exchange Offer’ is valid on the product
- Select the accurate Model, IMEI number, Serial number, working condition of the product and other mandatory fields
- Pay the discounted amount listed on the website
- Present the courier executive with the same product as opted during the purchase
- Keep the products charged for the courier executive to check
- Take a backup of the data before handing it over to the courier executive
- You cannot change the exchange offer once the order is placed. i.e.Once an exchange order is placed, you cannot convert an exchange order to a regular order by withholding the exchange product and giving the cash equivalent to FE. The only possibility is to cancel the exchange order and place a regular order.

Here are few important things to note while choosing the exchange option for a device:

1. Only functional devices without any screen defect are accepted
2. The screen/body should not have any cracks/dent
3. The screen should be intact
4. IMEI will be verified at the time of pickup by the Wishmaster to complete the process
5. Screen locks or iCloud locks should be disabled

4. Present the wishmaster with the same product as opted during the purchase.
5. Keep the products charged for the wishmaster to check.
6. Take a backup of the data before handing it over to the wishmaster.
7. You cannot change the exchange offer once the order is placed. i.e. Once an exchange order is placed, you cannot convert an exchange order to a regular order by withholding the exchange product and giving the cash equivalent to wishmaster. The only possibility is to cancel the exchange order and place a regular order

For Mobiles:

1. IMEI number on mobile matches against IMEI number entered by you.
2. Brand of mobile matches the brand entered by you.
3. Mobile stays powered on without charger for 30 seconds.
4. Mobile screen is not broken.
5. The screen lock should not be active (all types of screen locks like pattern, pin, password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart lock, etc should be deactivated).
6. The i-Cloud account should be unlocked for iPhones.
7. Dots on Screen/Pixel issue
8. Light coming out from the side of the screen/Screen coming out
