I am a keen, honest, hard worker who strives to succeed in any role I am placed. I completed my apprentice on time and was one of only xx females to do so. Since completing my apprentice I have moved onto other roles including xx and xx.
I am task orientated and can work to specific and tight schedules. I can organise my workload and distribute to others where necessary. I have an excellent track record in dealing with people, and I am often looked to by colleagues for help and guidance for work related issues.
I am dependable and able to work using my own initiative. I can take the lead in projects, and also allow others to lead but to offer helpful feedback in a non-confrontational manner, allowing new and productive partnerships to form. I have excellent interpersonal skills and I can lead teams and individuals to achieve common goals.
As I have completed a construction apprentice, I have developed a great deal of knowledge in relation to working with other partners, both internal and external, and I can utilise this knowledge in a project management setting. I can work with partners to ensure goals are met and help projects to be delivered on time, and on budget.
I am a keen learner and relish the opportunity to learn how to develop and apply my skills I already have in new and exciting ways, and to learn new skills that will help me excel as a Construction Manager.
I am computer literate and I am familiar with a number of City Building IT Systems, in addition to standard Office packages including Microsoft Word and Excel, and specific Project Management software including Microsoft Project. I hold a Full UK Driving Licence and can attended at any location required within the role.
