biography: As soon as Nate finished university he married his high school sweetheart, Ilene, they've been together since they were 16. They have 4 children and are expecting their 5th and finial child. The Alexander household moved 5 years ago because Nate got offered the Chief of Plastics position at Saint Dismas, it was a great offer and couldn't say no. Ilene stays at home with the kids and paints, she's a really good artist but she desperately wanted a family so the kids happened and she stopped drawing. Lately, Nate has been staying at the hospital a lot more recently, Ilene thinks he's just working hard but in reality, he's cheating.

personality: Elena is very cute and bubbly, she always seems to find the best in a worst situation but she can be very intense in her work. She's made a couple of mistakes, which every good surgeon has. (not complete but whatever it will do)

biography: The group Elena was in for her intern year didn't like her, she was more liked by the residents/attendings and everyone knows if you get on their good side you're more likely to get picked for a surgery so that didn't help Elena get many intern friends, which kind of sucked.
