Bursa Yüksek İhtisas Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi adına WISC-4 test materyali almıştık. Ancak test kutusunda “Resim Desen Kitapçığı”nın çıkmadığı görüldü. Bunun üzerine TPD Genel Merkezi ile iletişime geçtik ve test materyalinin olduğu gibi geri gönderilmesi gerektiği, yerine yeni paketin gönderileceği söylendi. Sonraki günlerde hastanemizde çıkan yangın sebebiyle bir çok eşya ile beraber Test Materyalleri de bir miktar hasar gördü. Genel merkezle yapılan ikinci görüşmede bu haliyle gönderebileceğimiz bildirildi.
Ekte bulunan ilgi test materyalinin yerine yeni test materyalinin gönderilmesi hususunda bilgilerinize arz ederim.
