Can a wife of a commandant in Railway force, slap a lower rank serviceman.
She is not holding any govt/ railway post. The person she slapped is an inspector . He is forced to bring vegetables from market for them, even drop their kid to school. One day commander's wife slapped him for not doing some domestic work. This is not just his case. Around 25-30 lower rank ( including sub inspector /rpf ) are treated this way by him and his wife. The person who was slapped raised voice and lost his job. My dad has raised voice against this malpractice of his. He has received charsheet. The person who is incharge of charsheet is so corrupt that whenever he sends any letter for my dad to notify, he puts higher officers on c.c with the letter, but makes sure the letter doesn't get deliver to my dad. One important point I want to skip but can't is that the commandant is also corrupt,and his morals are so low that he makes another person( lower rank employees) wipe his ass after toilet. A secret video has been made of the same for proof ,with his other tortures . Moreover , he provokes his lower subordinates to don't worship their God, and change their religion , also cuts off every holiday on every festivals . I have not mention every details of his and his wife's stupidity. Can you help my Dad. What can be done?
