1. Meskipun Harry tertekan ketika bersama keluarga Dursley, Harry tidak berubah menjadi Obscurus karena kala itu Ia tidak mengetahui bahwa dirinya memiliki bakat dalam sihir dan juga karena Harry adalah orang yang sabar dan tenang, sehingga Ia sulit untuk mencapai titik dimana dirinya bisa kehilangan kesadaran dirinya dan berubah menjadi Obscurus.
2. Menurut saya, Ariana Dumbledore bukanlah seorang Obscurial. Ya memang betul psikologisnya terganggu akibat pertemuan tidak sengaja dengan muggle saat dia mempraktekkan sihir. Dan fakta itu bisa meruju ke Obscurus - Obscurial. Namun bagi saya, karena psikologisnya yang terganggu dan membuat dirinya kehilangan kendali dalam sihirnya tidak menunjukkan bahwa dia adalah seorang Obscurial. Karena dia meninggal saat ada kesalahan fatal dalam duel, dan kala itu juga Ariana tidak berubah menjadi sosok hitam yang digambarkan saat seorang Obscurial kehilangan kesadarannya dan berubah menjadi Obscurus.
