Telaah Muggle ini bertujuan khusus untuk memperkenalkan penyihir tentang bagaimana cara Muggle hidup.
Penting bagi kita untuk memiliki pemahaman tentang komunitas Muggle, terutama jika suatu hari kita bertemu bahkan menjalin kerja sama dengan mereka.
Cara/proses para Muggle berkomunikasi, hampir sama dengan para wizard. Komunikasi merupakan suatu 'proses' di mana seorang Muggle atau sekelompok Muggle menciptakan, dan menggunakan informasi agar dapat terhubung dengan lingkungan serta orang2 di sekitarnya.
Pada umumnya, komunikasi dilakukan oleh para Muggle secara verbal dan non verbal.
Komunikasi verbal adalah mereka yg menggunakan bahasa lisan/tulisan, sehingga bahasa atau informasi yang di sampaikan dapat dimengerti oleh kedua belah pihak.
Komunikasi non verbal yaitu bahasa yg disampaikan sulit dimengerti oleh keduanya.
Komunikasi ini bukan dalam bentuk bahasa lisan, melainkan dengan menggunakan gerak-gerik badan, menunjukkan sikap tertentu, misalnya tersenyum, menggelengkan kepala, mengangkat bahu.
