you will have to write an essay in less than 250 words. They give 3 topics. in my case one was an Issue (debatable topic), one was abstract type where you had to relate it to your own personal life and write the essay. The third topic I don't remember. Just go through the different essay formats and templates available online. I think that will really help you structure your essay.
Next i had a GD. This was a good one as the moderators made sure everyone speaks and is involved. Topics were not tough for my group and i heard it was same for others as well. Ex: Cigarette smoking, Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, and some strategy making question to be concluded in the group. Just focus on the words you use and the fluency of communication. I think that will be more than enough.
In PI i was only asked about my profile related stuffs. Specially for positions of responsibility that i have held in my past, both at college level and professional level. They asked what made you take such decisions. How do you handle stress, hobbies, why MBA, Why from Great lakes and other such questions.Just answer confidently; think and then speak up :)
