How to Manage a Stop | Cancel Request:
Selected the appropriate brand and entered the customer's account
In the Customer Summary Panel, click the Order History button
To expand the order history click the More >>> button
Select the order to be Stop | Canceled and click the Order Number link
Click on the Actions button
Select Cancel Order
‘We will attempt to stop your delivery and apply a refund in 3-5 business days. If you receive a
shipping confirmation email with tracking, then we were unable to stop the delivery. You can
simply refuse the case or it will be returned after 3 attempts a refund will be provided.
Stop | Cancel a Delivery
At this time we cannot cancel orders that are at ‘In Progress’, “Trackid Load’ or “Dispatched’ status or
orders with multiple cases. You should always start by offering a save
Offer a save option
If the case is in route to the customer or too far along to stop then advise the customer to refuse.
“I apologize for the inconvenience, but the case is too far along in the delivery process to stop.
Please refuse the delivery. Should the case be signed for then please contact us and we will send
out a return label to collect the wine for a full refund”
If the case has already been delivered or signed for then offer a return label

refund”
Proceed with a return and issue a return label. Advise the customer their credit will be applied
when the package is returned to the carrier
