Mantera Ingatan atau disebut juga sebagai mantera "mantra pelupa" merupakan sebuah mantera yang dapat menghilangkan sebagian / sepenuhnya ingatan seseorang. Rapalan mantera ini adalah "Obliviate" (Oh-Bli-Vee-Ate) dengan mengayunkan tongkat menyerupai bentuk otak maka cahaya hijau terang akan keluar dari ujung tongkat.
Mantera ini biasa digunakan kementrian sihir untuk menghapus ingatan Muggle yang telah mengetahui keberadaan dunia sihir. Selain itu mantera ini juga sering digunakan untuk mengahpus ingatan ketika terjadi insiden besar yang menyangkut Undang-undang kerahasian. Ketika yang di hapus merupakan ingatan yang intens maka korbannya akan mengalami kebingungan untuk beberapa saat, namun jika penggunaannya salah mantera ini bisa berakibat fatal.
Contoh kesalahan penggunaan mantra dilakukan oleh Barty Crouch Snr pada Bertha Jorkins, ia mencoba membuatnya melupakan penemuannya bahwa dia menjaga putranya di penangkaran. Namun, mantra yang ia gunakan terlalu kuat sehingga merusak ingatannya secara permanen, membuatnya menjadi lupa dengan penemuannya bahkan pada hal-hal yg lain.
