biography: Aaliyah is a Cartier, a very well known family name here in Valley Park, MD. Her father is the chief of police in North Valley. He is the third generation to claim this title, so the Cartier family is are very well known and respected here. Ever since Aaliyah was young, she was always pretty much the 'It Girl', she was on a professional dance and cheer team, she traveled to the state competing (and winning most of them) for trophies and medals. And without any effort, she made her way to the top of the social food chain.
personality: Aaliyah is a bold, aggressive girl. She loves having attention and being the best. If she doesn't get what she wants, she'll do whatever she has to do to get it. She's super feisty and sassy, that may be one of the reasons why she was voted to be cheer captain three years in a row. This girl radiates confidence. Aaliyah loves herself and cares for herself and herself only. The wellbeing and feelings of others don't really matter to her unless said person benefits Aaliyah in some way.
