• bio as a child, hayley and her older adopted sister christina, who was taken in at 6 months and was two years hayley's senior, dreamed of helping people. in school, hayley and christina were straight a overachievers, on honor roll for every year, hayley an easy shoo-in for medical school. however, tragedy hit hayley and her family when christina was hit by car and killed at age 16. even though hayley mourned for her sister, she used her emotions to fuel her ambitious, calming that she needed to live for christina. when she was 25, hayley married an undergrad school friend of hers that she dated for a year, and planned to have children with. however, after a few months when hayley failed to get pregnant, and she learned that she had premature menopause. she told her husband, expecting him to understand, but he left her a month afterwards. after this hayley feel into a state of depression and threw all of herself into her work. she worked through residency, with successes and mistakes, and eventually became the head of ob/gyn.

• personality natasha is a competitive, snarky, cunning, and witty person who could easily be your worst nightmare. she's dramatic, ambitious, sarcastic, and she will do almost anything to get what she wants. she is persuasive and she hates being talked down to. she can also be a little stubborn and opinionated, but she knows that, working in medicine, it's important to keep an open mind. while she can come off as cold, aggressive, and antagonistic, she is usually all talk, and she does really care about patients. she is a fierce, loyal, and supportive friend, and she's actually a pretty humorous person. she may seem apathetic a times, but most of the time she really isn't. once you get used to her, you find out she really isn't terrible, just a little rough around the edges.
