miss unsworth took me out of my period 5 maths lesson
she continued to question me on "who threw the egg" implying i had knowledge on the subject by using incriminating questions and threatening "severe consequences if i continue to withhold information" she then stated that "i suggested it was dennis at first but he's no longer with us, is he?"
i told miss unsworth i had no knowledge as to what she was questioning in which she continued to imply that i was withholding information from her, she then questioned who i was with at break, as i wanted to be as compliant as i possibly could i gave her abdul and amours name, it was then i noticed a piece of paper in her hand with only my name on (meaning i was the first and only person she was questioning about the incident)
After speaking to abdul and amour at the end of the day (in who miss unsworth questioned but only due to me giving her their names otherwise i would be the only subject accused and questioned in this incident) we decided to go and see miss unsworth who instructed us to go the staff at student reception to "view the CCTV of me throwing the egg" when we saw the CCTV and the character miss unsworth was trying to state was me we laughed as we had nothing visually in common, not the same hair, i have a reflective bag which would've been the first thing seen on the camera if it were to be me and the character did not, the only similarity in which we visually had was the colour of our skin. I pointed out to the student reception staff the fact that my bag would be more visible on the camera she agreed and proceeded to phone somebody.
As we wanted to be as compliant as possible we noticed the boy in the video and helped the staff to identify the Year 10 pupil,during this she stated "if we could just type in black on here it would make it a lot easier" in reference to SIMS after this we went to miss unsworth and explained I'm not even seen at any point on the tape in which she replied " oh I'm sure your on it after" and mistakenly implied when stating that i told her " i went down the english block stairs" when none of my classes that day required me to go down them stairs up until period 6 where i was already being accused.
