3. Laptop screen and the body of the Original Laptop is not in damaged or broken condition and the Original Laptop is in working condition.
4. Original charger is provided in good working condition.
5. Password lock should not be active (all forms of laptop lock viz; password, fingerprint, face recognition, smart Lock, etc. needs to be de-activated).
If the Original Laptop satisfies all the quality checks stated above, only then will you be eligible to exchange your product to buy new one.
