WENT HE BUMMED IN TO CHOWMIN* CUSTOMER TOLD HIM AND HE TOLD ME WHY I DON'T GIVE IT OUT AS EXCHANGE* I TOLD IF YOU LOOK AT THE DATES THEY CAN ONLY GET REPAIR ITS FROM
9/22/2017 AND THEY CANT HAVE SERVICE ONLY IF THE PAY THE FEE BECAUSE IT WAS PASS THE 6 MONTHS *THEY SAID NO THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY *I SPOKE WITH LUISA JUST TO BE SURE THAT

*I ASKED THEM IF THE WANT IT FOR REPAIR*THEY TOLD CHOWMIN IF THEY CAN TALK TO MANGIER HE WAS LIKE YES!( BUT HE DID NOT NOW THAT THEY WERE NOT HERE)
*I TOLD HIM THE MANGERS LEFT IT WAS AROUND 4:30
*IT WAS 4:41 WHEN CUSTOMERS CAME TO THE CPU WHEN CHAWMIN WAS THERE IT WAS AROUND 4:50 SO THE CUSTOMER TOLD ME HE WILL CALL OR WILL COME IN THE MORNING TO SPEAK WITH SARAH
*BUT CALLED HIM TO SEE IF HE WANT THE REPAIR ON THE PHONE TODAY 04/26/2018
*HE WAS LIKE NO BECUSE I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR 2-3 WEEKS TO HAVE IT REPAIR AND I HAVE GEUSS COMING OVER I TOLD HIME IF HE CAN FINE OUT HE WAS LIKE YES
*TOLDE WHEN CAN HE FIND OUT TO LET ME NOW BUT I NEED TO NOW SOON SO I CAN ASK IF WE CAN HOLD IT FOR THE DATE FOR I CAN TELL A MANIGER IF ITS OK
