1. JD.id created the #selfiewithhp campaign (photo contest) in march 24 2017.
Some of the main rules was :
a. You have to buy a HP (hewlett Packard) product to enter the campaign.
b. Selfie with the product and upload it to IG with several mention & hashtag
c. 1 (ONE) PRODUCT JUST ALLOWED TO BE USED IN 1 (ONE) PHOTO (ENTRY) ONLY
2. In March 29, JD.id announce the winners of the campaign on IG.
3. After seeing the result, many participant of the campaign complaining & protest because the 1st and 3rd winner didn’t fit the rules because they using 1 product in more than 1 photo.
4. In March 31, JD.id announce that they correcting the result and the 3rd winner get disqualified from the contest and replaced by other participant. The bigger problem raising because the 1st winner didn’t got banned although in fact his entry also didn’t fit the rules, even worse because one of his photo contain two product that actually already used in two other photos as entry.
Please be consistent. If JD.id can disqualifying the 3rd winner, why can’t disqualifying the 1st winner?? What happening here ? why this 1st winner so special for JD.id. Who is this guy. Please make an investigation. Because there are no reason to keep the guy as the 1st winner. His entry definitely didn’t fit the rules and now JD.id breaking their own rules just for this guy? Smells fishy.

JD.id feedbacks just make everything worse. They never answer the main problem. They just answering unquestioned stuff and trying to contacting some protester by DM to collecting some data. What an unprofessional act. Please show everything as public. This is not between you and A person. This is about JD.id that just made a mistake so you have to fix it and open it to public.
