10. <abbr> element defines an abbreviation or an acronym. <p>The <abbr title="World Health Organization">WHO</abbr> was founded in 1948.</p> Comes out as "The WHO was founded in 1948."
11. The "href" tag is for local links specified with a relative URL that doesnt have https://www....
12. An inline CSS is used to apply a unique style to a single HTML element "<h1 style="color:blue;">This is a Blue Heading</h1>" that makes the heading blue and the "style="color:blue;" is the css
