Halo semuanya, aku @hokkben disini cuman mau berbagi tips my not-so-diet ku yang ternyata bisa bikin bb aku turun 6kg dalam sebulan. Karena metabolisme tubuh tiap orang beda2 jadi bisa aja tips dietku ini berjalan lebih lama atau bahkan lebih cepet dari review-ku. So if you wanna try this at home, good luck!💓
Supaya nggak bosen, aku ada beberapa menu yang bisa dicoba. Kalian bisa ganti sendiri dengan makanan lainnya yang serupa. Jadi nggak harus sama persis sama punyaku ini;)
➖breakfast
Note: breakfast sebelum jam 9 pagi, diusahakan minum air putih.
1. Sari roti gandum + oatmeal
2. Oatmeal + buah
3. Pancake(bikin sendiri biasanya kalo minggu) + buah
4. 2telur rebus + pisang
5. Kentang rebus + wortel&brokoli rebus (karena rasanya aneh biasanya aku makan pake garem dikiiiiiit)
6. Sari roti gandum + pisang (biasanya dijadiin sandwich pisang) + susu
7. 2telur rebus + fruit juice
➖lunch
Note: boleh makan berat saat lunch, tapi hindari nasi. Kalo bisa diganti pake sumber karbo yang lainnya, plus diusahakan minum air putih yang banyak.
1. Dada ayam (kalau bisa direbus atau kalau mau goreng pakai vegetable oil) + fruit
2. Roti gandum + sosis (dibuat sandwich) + buah
3. Roti gandum + nugget (dibuat sandwich) + buah
4. Soup (wortel, kentang, brokoli, ayam) + fruit juice
5. Roti gandum + telor goreng (dibuat sandwich)
6. Sushi (ini aku recomend sushi karena ada di kantin kampusku) + fruit juice
7. Dada ayam (rebus) + susu (low fat milk punya ultra milk)
➖dinner
Note: diusahakan makan sebelum jam 8 malam ya.
1. Kebab
2. 3potong sosis + pisang + susu
3. Kentang rebus + Jagung rebus
4. Dada ayam (goreng)
5. Fruit salad + susu
6. CapCay (tanpa nasi)
7. 1telur rebus + 1kentang rebus + susu
➖tambahan
1. Infused water, biasanya aku bawa ini kalo lagi di kampus, airnya +-600ml sebotol aqua yang tanggung
Isinya masing2 3slices lemon, jeruk / jeruk nipis, strawberry (optional), belimbing (optional)
2. Kalo sore2 atau malem laper, jangan makan nasi. Here's the solution
-popcorn(tidak boleh pake mentega)
-fitbar / soyjoy
-minum susu
-nyemil buah (aku biasanya alpukat / pisang)
-minum energen
3. Olahraga ( aku setiap sabtu sore&minggu pagi) minimal 1 jam yang penting berkeringat dan aktif.
4. -hindari makanan yang asin, digoreng, dan mengandung santan.
-minum susu yang low fat milk atau WRP
-hindari minuman bersoda & kopi T_T (kalau kopi hitam yg bener2 kopi itu boleh)
5. Breakfast, lunch, dan dinner nya di mix sendiri ya. Kalau misalnya pagi sudah makan daging, siang/malamnya jangan makan daging lagi T__T
6. Laaaaast but not least, AIR PUTIH. kalau nggak bisa 8 gelas sehari paling nggak 5 gelas sehari deh! Karena itu ngebantu banget waktu kita diet.

Yuuuup that's all yang bisa aku share sama kalian, inget semua yang aku share diatas bukan semata mata tujuannya untuk kamu kelihatan kurus dan cantik, NO. diet is good for health too . Kalau misalnya kamu merasa berat dengan dietnya, jangan dilakuin lama2 dan jangan dipaksakan. Good luck for your trial;)
