....十年前就讀國一的小情侶偷嘗禁果，生下多重障礙兒，男方不肯認子；女方為養兒，放棄學業當女工，家人也賣房支持；法官判決男方應認領兒子，給付扶養費一百零六萬元，再按月給扶養費一萬元直至小孩十八歲。
法官坦言，男方的態度真的看不下去，不但當事人不理，連家人也無人出面。
這起年少不懂事、讓少女終身悔恨的事發生在十年前，兩人是同學眼中的班對，當時年僅十三歲，情竇初開發生關係，女方因此懷孕。雙方父母不忍傷害未出生的小生命，計畫讓兩人結婚，但孩子還未生下來，男方就避不見面。
少女的姊姊說，孩子生下來後，智障合併肢體殘障，弱視有失明之虞；為照顧多重障礙的孩子，她母親賣房子，她為幫忙照顧外甥，連自己婚姻也都犧牲了，「但最可憐的是妹妹，勉強完成國中學業，然後當女工賺錢。」
「妹妹最初看到孩子就傷心，很想放棄！」少女的姊姊說，她告訴妹妹：「我都這樣無怨無悔地照顧，妳絕不能放棄。」妹妹才一路走過來。
姊姊說，妹妹現在廿三歲，正是讀大學、享受青春的歲月，卻已經歷太多滄桑，孩子照顧之路未來還很漫長，才會要求男方認領孩子。
她表示，之前聯絡上男方，希望每月幫忙支付三到四千元扶養費，但對方拒絕，還說「若不養就送孤兒院」；苦無辦法，她從網路獲知法律扶助基金會可為窮人打官司，求助法扶台南分會，訴請對方認領小孩並付扶養費。
官司審理過程，男方都未到庭，無法做親子血緣鑑定；法官罕見在未取得ＤＮＡ證據情況下，依女方陳述判決男方應認領小孩。
