En esta dinámica debes concentrarte en tu yo interno, y en lo que tienes a tu alrededor, de forma espiritual y poco material. ¿De qué va esto?
Lo que harás es lo siguiente: Cierra los ojos y dedicate a sentir por al menos 3 minutos, en paz, con calma. Permite que tus sentidos afloren. Posterior a ello redacta todo lo que sientes, sin incluir el sentido de la visión.
Puedes ayudarte con estas interrogantes:

x; ¿Qué hay a tu alrededor?
x; ¿Qué tipo de lugar es?
RETO;
Para empezar, elige algún objeto que tengas a mano y dedicate a examinarlo durante unos segundos. Reflexiona sobre su temperatura, tacto, olor, sonido, y apariencia… lo del sabor lo dejo a su elección según el objeto del que se trate. Luego, describelo con detalle, pero no digas que és o para que sirve.
El reto está en que alguien adivine sobre el objeto del que estás hablando. Y para ello, enviarás el link a 50 cuentas que estés siguiendo. La primera persona en enviarte un interno que logre adivinar qué objeto es, tendrás que regalarle 30 mgs.
Cuando envíes el aviso, procura usar este formato: "RETO; adivina el objeto y ganarás 30 mgs. [Inserta link]"
A quienes realicen el reto, personalmente les daré una lluvia de 50 mgs.
