Hello,
Re: My Order # E0738130
This was an online order for a Maytag dryer that was supposed to be delivered to my local Sears store at Heritage Place mall in Owen Sound on April 29/17 as per my order confirmation.
Nobody contacted me to confirm my order was there, so I phoned them and they advised it was not there and should be there "maybe" Tuesday May 2/17.
I am really upset about this for several reasons;
1. Why confirm in my order that it will be there for April 29/17 if it would not be?
2. Why did no one contact me to tell me that my order would be delayed?
3. I had arranged someone to help me pick up the dryer for April 29/17. Now I have no way of getting the dryer home on Tuesday (if it actually arrives)
Not impressed with this service Sears. Your response would be appreciated.
