Can you imagine a kid that was called one big question mark become a genius inventor.
Well that kid was Thomas Alva Edison.

On February 11 1847 in Milan Ohio Thomas Edison was born.
He was the last of the seven children that Samuel and Nancy Edison had.
Thomas was know for asking a lot of questions that was why is favorite word was why.
Tom barley got learn at school at age 4 he was pulled out of school.
And got homeschooled because his teacher called him addled.
And that's when tom started his experiments but he needed money.
So he would sell his own stuff on the train ,he even made his own newspaper it was called the
Grand heralded. But one day he was late for the train and held on while the train was moving.
And a man saw him so he pulled on the first part he saw and that was ear.
And that's how he became death. Tom sometimes would watch is friend work.
His friend was a telegrapher. And that's when Tom saved his kid by a train coming.
In return he would teach him the way of the telegraph. When Tom was 21he moved to New York City.
