Area of Improvements - Need to work on improving functional knowledge which is must for support resource. Follow support process as mentioned in support document for L1. Follow up with the client and keep yourself up to date with client activities.
Goal - Master yourself in L1 roles and responsibilities, after that, make sure you should move towards L2 role.

Area of Improvements - Work on improving analytical skill during analyzing issues and your thinking process towards the issue.
Goal - Make sure your analysis should be crystal clear before you reach out to Client or your senior for the help.
