1. Wajib memfollow warga Beauxbatons.

3. Surat hiatus, ijin out, dan mengganti username harus ditag kepada Headmaster, Prefek, Main Base Sekolah, Leadroom.
- Semi hiatus maximal 5 hari.
- Hiatus maximal 14 hari.
- Long hiatus maximal 21 hari.
Apabila kembali dari hiatus harap memberi kabar dengan mention "Saya (nama) telah kembali dari hiatus cc: Headmaster, Prefek, Acc Asrama & Main Base"
4. Tidak boleh OOT(Out Of Topic) saat waktu kelas berlangsung.
5. Aktiflah dikelas!
6. Tidak online atau mengikuti kelas selama 1 minggu, akan dikirim surat peringatan jika tidak ada respon sampai seminggu berikutnya atau tidak adanya alasan yang jelas maka akan di Drop Out dari asrama dan sekolah.
7. Wajib mengumpulkan rangkuman. Akan ada jadwal merangkum yang nantinya akan diumumkan. Jika tidak mengumpulkan akan dikenakan denda yang akan masuk kas Rouerie.
8. Kas Rouerie, pembayaran kas Rouerie dilakukan setiap minggu dengan jumla 5% dari uang yang kalian miliki. Misal kalian memiliki uang 100US, maka pembayan kasnya adala sebesar 5US. Dibayarkan dengan tag Acc Asarama, contoh : @curixoust - week1 - 100us - @We_Rouerie
9. Akan diadakan absen di asrama sebelum memasuki kelas, absen utama tetap kepada professor yang bersankutan sesuai rules masing-masing professor.
10. Jika ada yang kurang paham bisa bertanya kepada Headmaster atau Prefek.
