First of all, there numbers that repeat each other in a same beat (this often happens in streams, where numbers often go over 9, in this case there are no numbers, so the two little white circles repeat). I think this happens when you combine elements from other skins and you don't modify the "skin.ini" file in the skin. Here is a screen of it https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7896405
I noticed that you already knew the website osuskinner.com by looking into the skin.ini file xD. If you didn't know it already, you can/should modify skin.ini directly in osuskinner.com.
I can't tell you further than that but you should be careful in the future with this, because in the middle of a beatmap it's very annoying and distractive. I don't know exactly how to solve it, but I have already created some skins by mixing a lot of elements of other skins that I liked without osuskinner and I have to take always the skin.ini file from the skin that I take the numbers for the circles because otherwise I have this problem.
Second and last is that, in my opinion, you can't follow well the sliders because the circle that you slide is as big as the one from the start of the slider. You probably know what I'm talking about, but here's a screen of it https://osu.ppy.sh/ss/7896631
Maybe try next time to put a bigger one.
