Global rules:
I. Be respectful and polite

IV. The game will be kept alive as long as there are at least 50% of original players
Gameplay rules:
I. All data are taken from official government websites, if they are not avialible, Wikipedia (english version) will be used.
II. Maximum amount of recruited soldiers per turn = Number of people reaching military age anually
III. Military pacts (NATO etc.) are allowed, you can be member of only ONE mil. pact at a time
IV. Economical pacts are allowed, you can be member of up to THREE eco. pacts at a time
V. Starting pacts are EU, NATO, Visegrad group and Eurasian Economic Union
VI. You can specify purpose of your pacts (Free trade, arms deals, humanitarian aid etc.) this will influence your income and other aspects of the game
VII. Money is gained each turn, the amount is based on your GDP, which may change

VIII. You can build your tanks, APCs and other equipment, maximal amount per turn is based on your ecocomical rank in Europe
IX. You can improve your army equipment by improving research, base values of research are based on country's average IQ. You can increase country's IQ by investing into education
X. In order to attack countries, you need to claim some regions in it. Claiming takes between 2 and 5 turns depending on region size, value etc.
