Sorry sebab lambat. Here is my explanation why I left you at that time in rojak BM and BI.

Long story, short. I just tak boleh nak handle you waktu tu dengan keadaan I. At that time I am recovering from a near-burnout (maybe burnout, tak pernah consult dengan doc, but symptoms are aligned). I sangat penat, most of the time I can hide it and act normally.

That time you selalu cerita pasal your mental health dan apa you rasa waktu tu dan yang berkaitan dengan tu. I try to listen. To be honest I tak tahu how to handle that and a bit afraid. Di tambah lagi dengan keadaan I, that's something yang I belum bersedia untuk tambah dalam hidup I, but really I tak kisah pun, I can try to handle that.

Then there is thing one thing you do that I cannot tolerate: emotional blackmail. There are multiple instances yang u resort to emotional blackmail. Sekali dua okay lagi, but bila dah banyak kali.... Contoh waktu pertama kali you nak suruh call, then I cakap nanti dulu, and you terus cakap something yang buat I rasa I buat tu because of guilty. Ada beberapa instance, you sebut you nak buat something/you rasa, yang harmful to your life yang berkaitan pasal kita. I just don't know how to stop you...

So, that's it, I decided untuk bail out. Keputusan I waktu tu juga dipengaruhi dengan keadaan I, a major factor, bukan sebab atas tu semata-mata. I sangat penat, physically and emotionally. Sebab tu I cakap sebab keadaan I, I really had no better explanation.

I nak bagitahu you secara terus, but bila fikirkan how will you react, I decided to reduce our interaction, not in a drastic way. Kebetulan waktu tu I am really busy with work dan bila balik office really penat, so tak secara langsung ia nampak drastik.

Hopefully you can accept my explanation dan I can move on. I admit cara I nak bail out tak betul, tapi apa yang I buat tu juga affect me, it is bugging me selagi I tak offer an explanation.
