Debuff skill adalah skill yang berfungsi untuk melemahkan atau menurunkan status lawan, dan otomatis merugikan mereka juga. Ada beberapa skill yang termasuk dalam debuff skill ini, dan beberapa merupakan skill yang cukup baru. Skill yang sudah banyak dikenal dan cukup sering digunakan adalah Tarunda (-8MP PN, -10atk YDS untuk 3 turn) dan Rakunda (-8MP PN, 10def YDS untuk 3 turn). Ada satu lagi yaitu Debilitate (-40MP PN, -15def -15 atk YDS, untuk 3 turn) yang merupakan skill spesial yang hanya dimiliki oleh SS07.
Semua skill tersebut hanya berlaku untuk satu musuh saja jadi bila kita mengeluarkan skill tersebut saat tag team, kita harus menyebutkan secara spesifik musuh mana yang ingin diserang. Selanjutnya kita punya jejeran skill baru, yaitu break skills. Berikut adalah listnya :
1. Tetra Break ; -25MP PN (Dissable Tetrakarn skill)
2. Makara Break ; -25MP PN (Dissable Makarakarn skill)
3. Fire Break ; -20MP PN
4. Elec Break ; -20MP PN
5. Wind Break ; -20MP PN
6. Ice Break ; -20MP PN
Untuk elemental breaks skill (3-6) efeknya : Dissable any Nullfies, Absorbs, Reflects on each elemenets)
Break skills ini sangat berguna saat menghadapi musuh yang memiliki support skill seperti Tetrakarn maupun Makarakarn, hingga skill-skill + seperti misalnya null, absorb maupun reflect. Yang perlu diingat adalah, skill elemental break hanya berlaku selama 3 turn sejak diaktifkan.
3 skill terakhir ini merupakan skill all foes :
1. Matarunda ; -12MP PN, -10atk YDS (selama 3 turn)
2. Marakunda ; -12MP PN, -10def YDS (selama 3 turn)
3. Dekaja ; Dissable any '-kaja' skill effects.
Semua skill baru, baik Support Skill maupun Debuff Skill tidak bisa kalian dapatkan dari skill set manapun. Satu-satunya cara untuk mendapatkannya adalah dari bonus skill saat awakening atau memasukkan persona ke solitary confinement.
