- People woh wants to order but doens't want to eat at the resturant. So we need to find a solution to customers ordering. Because he doesn't have any tablenumber that is specified for him. Claes is saying that is a normal take away. He gets a message that his order will be ready for pickup in a few minutes.

- If a customer wants to have takeaway but wants something to eat there aswell while he is waiting.

- Micke said that he doesn't want to disturb guests about the tables and try to order them where to sit. If a customer goes into the app and order something from the road and the resturant is full. He should get a message that the resturant is full and that he won't be able to sit in there.

- The app should have 4 alternatives for the customer. Takeaway, ordering and then eating there and also eating in. There should also be an option for drive-through.

- We need to have a notification that tells them that the food is ready. So not all the people are standing at the counter waiting for their food. That will make for a nasty work place.

- Old Mickes will only have one counter. If you haven't orderd your food in advanced. They will tell them that they will come out with the food when it's ready. If they don't have the app they will just tell them that they will come out with the food when it's ready. If they don't have the app how will they ID themselfes? We need some kind of way to ID themselfes to the staff that is some kind of proof that the customer standing infront of them actually is the person that did the order.

Would the order number be enough? Ivan said no since some people can guess that and get lucky. His name maybe is enough?

- All the orders should be pre-paid so when he comes to the counter it should already be paid for.

- If you dining in or order takeout every order placed in the app must have some kind of number. So it correspond to the payment and that ordernumber will be generated by the system and will be saved by the app in the phone. So when I get my order I just show the staff my app with ordernumber. After they take out their food that code that code should expire.

- Only one counter for a drive-through. They can order food there and from the app. If someone drives up to the counter we have to registrer that and help them. We must sell them food. We have the ipad and can help them to order. We can order from the app aswell if someone doesn't have a smartphone. The only way to pay is through the app.

- How will they be able to trust the app? You don't want to enter your creditcard number on a random ipad.

- We need to have some kind of a backup system. So we can take payment from other sources.

- Ivan says that's not a good option since a lot of people will want to use that instead of using the app.

- Michael starts talking about iZettle and how they have launched a new system and it seems to be good. We need to have a good backup system that can take the apps place if it messes up somehow.

- Ivan says that will cause some problems. Unless they are connected to one another.

- Micke says if we go for the Izettle solution it will be instead of the other one.

- Ivan says that could work if they get the API working and so on.

- They don't take a fixed fee for the payments but instead %. That is the better solution since we might get a lot of smal orders.

- Izettle says they have a problem with android. They haven't found a solution for that yet according to their site. And that could cause a problem. Izettle also connection to the tax ato.

- Izettle won't work if they don't have a working API. We will need to find a new system that can take it's place.

- Klarna most like won't work since they launched a site and that site failed pretty hard by the looks of it.

- Eat in and reserve a table, take and order, drive through these are the different options.

- Eating and takeaway does it make any difference if they order from their car or order from the resturant? Claus and Vojislav doesn't think it does.

- They will have to develop a system that the kitchen staff can use to send out the notifications to the waitors and such if food is standing to long at the counter. Just make the unit vibrate or light starting coming for the device.

- Michael asking if the loyalty points will take a lot of effort to make and use. Because he is not sure they will actually use it to buy things at the resturant.

- Michael is thinking of taking the route of using a promocode instead of using of loyalty points. That will also make an easier system.

- Michael isn't sure if he wants loyalty points if they are going to use them just to buy things from Old Mickes. It will only cause problems for the customers, they will need help to spend them and help seeing how much of it they have and so on. Instead promocode option which people can use much easier. And if you download the app you can use this code and it will give them 10% off.

- Vojislav asks if the promocodes really are simple. They can be more of a pain to get into the system.

- Michael says that they could talk to a company that deals with those kind of things daily. Studentkort is an example on that. http://www.studentkortet.se/

- Skipping loyalty points and taking promocodes instead.

- We will need system notifications that tells them the food is ready and stuff that like that.

- Michael says a promopage in the app it would be a good idea so people can use it if they get a push notification about it.

- Commercical banner in the app? Michael doesn't want commercial banner inside the app unless it looks good.

- Claus wounder if the ordering through the app, the purchase, how will they keep track of the resources and stuff like that?

- Michael says he isn't sure, but he thinks it would be something that app can solve.
